Cathedral Windows
Several years ago, I started this handwork project for when we take overseas trips and I am without my beloved sewing machines (I can honestly tell you that's a hardship for me!) I finished it early on this trip to France. The goal has been 1 window a day while we are away from home. The colored bits are made entirely from scraps in my stash. I'm not much for handwork, but my skills did improve as this project progressed.
Here's a close-up of one of the windows.

I have a bed sized CW that is still unfinished. I need to get that on my "projects after retirement list"!
I love the way all those old traditional (read: must be done by hand) patterns look. It's nice to see yours done in the updated (bright) fabrics.
